SARS-CoV-2 Mpro inhibitor 11b is a potent, selective SARS-CoV-2 Mpro inhibitor with IC50 of 40 nM.
Mpro inhibitor 11b exhibited good anti-SARS-CoV-2-infection activity in cell culture with EC50 value 0.72 uM using plaque-reduction assay, without significant cytotoxicity (CC50>100 uM).
Mpro inhibitor 11b covalently bound to cysteine 145 of Mpro, showed good pharmacokinetic properties in vivo.
