SGC-CBP30 is a potent and highly selective CBP/p300 bromodomain inhibitor with Kd values of 21/32 nM, respectively.
SGC-CBP30 shows 40-fold selectivity over the first bromodomain of BRD4 (BRD4 BD1).
SGC-CBP30 displays synergistic effects with DDR1 inhibitors in pathogenic scores, airway goblet cell counts in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF), IL-4, IFN-γ, FN1COL1 A1 secretion and α-SMA.
SGC-CBP30 reduces ZIKV-induced CCN1 up-regulation and ZIKV replication.
