SGI-1027 (SGI1027) is a potent inhibitor of DNA methyltransferase (DNMT) with IC50s of 6-12.5 uM for DNMT1, DNMT3A, and DNMT3B.
SGI-1027 induces selective degradation of DNMT1 with minimal or no effects on DNMT3A and DNMT3B in different cancer cell lines.
