Biological Activity

SIRT3 activator MY-13 is a small-molecule activator of SIRT3, inhibits CRC cell proliferation and migration.
MY-13 inhibits colorectal cancer cell growth in vitro with IC50 of 5.23 μM in RKO cells and 14.71 μM in HCT-116 cells.
MY-13 (40, 80 mg.kg) effectively inhibits the growth of colorectal cancer in vivo without apparent systemic toxicity.
MY-13 (10 uM) attenuates colorectal cancer cell migration in vitro, induces autophagy-dependent cell death in CRC.
MY-13 inhibits proliferation and migration via the SIRT3/Hsp90/AKT pathway in CRC.
