Biological Activity

SIRT3 inhibitor 77-39 binds to the cofactor-binding site of SIRT3, blocking its activity.
SIRT3 inhibitor 77-39 inhibits the proliferation of GCT cells, exerts its function through the p53 and NF-κB signaling pathways.
SIRT3 inhibitor 77-39 could effectively inhibit the tumor growth of GCT in vivo.
