Biological Activity

SLU-PP-915 is a potent pan-ERR (Estrogen-related receptor) nuclear receptor agonist with EC50 of 414/435/378 nM for ERRα/ERRβ/ERRγ, respectively.
SLU-PP-915 (5 uM) increased levels of gene expression (PGC1α, PDK4 and LDHA) in C2C12 myoblast cells.
SLU-PP-915 (20 mg/kg, i.p) ) induced expression of ERR target genes in muscles.
