SR-C-107 (R) is a highly potent YEATS domain-containing protein ENL (Eleven-Nineteen-Leukemia) with IC50 of 40 nM, binding KD of 144 nM.
SR-C-107 (R) exhibits outstanding antiproliferative effects in MOLM-13 and MV4-11 cells, with CC50 values of 1.25 and 0.81 μM, respectively.
SR-C-107 (R) 1 μM demonstrates strong inhibition of cell proliferation for MOLM-13 and MV4-11, with approximately 90% and 70% inhibition for MOLM-13 and MV4-11 cells, respectively.
SR-C-107 (R) specifically engages with ENL within live cells, SR-C-107 (R) (<1 uM) effectively suppress the expression of ENL target genes, including HOXA9, HOXA10, MEIS1, MYB and MYC, in MOLM-13 and MV4-11 cells.
SR-C-107 (R) at 200 mg/kg effectively exihibits tumor growth inhibition in MOML-13 xenografted mice.
