STL1267 is a specific, high affinity synthetic agonist of nuclear receptor REV-ERB with EC50 of 0.13 uM and Ki of 0.16 uM, binds directly to the ligand binding domain (LBD) of REV-ERB.
STL1267 is more than ten times greater than SR9009 (EC50 = 1.9 μM).
STL1267 binds to REV-ERB, resulting the recruitment of NCoR and regulation of downstream target genes.
STL1267 displays no activity against a range of NRs including AR, GR, MR, PR, ERα, ERβ, TRα, LXRα, RARα, RXRα, FXR, and VDR.
STL1267 can successfully crosses the blood brain barrier, STL1267 is a valuable tool compound for studying REV-ERB function both in vitro and in vivo.
