SZU101 is a small molecule TLR7 agonist that directly activates, induces reporter activity (23-fold) in a TLR7-NF-kB reporter system expressed in HEK-293 cells TLR7 signalling.
SZU-101 activated dendritic cells, B cells and T cells and induced cytokine production but did not directly affect tumour cells.
SZU-101 in combination with doxorubicin improves survival and induces durable tumouricidal effects in a murine model of T cell lymphoma.
Intratumoral administration of SZU101 can change the tumor microenvironment and delay distant tumor growth.
SZU101 significantly suppressed PRRSV infection in primary porcine alveolar macrophages (PAMs) in a dose-dependent manner.
SZU101 enhanced the humoral and cell-mediated immune responses against PRRSV antigens in mice.
