Biological Activity
Seclidemstat (SP-2577, SP2577) is a potent, selecftive and reversible LSD1 inhibitor with IC50 of 13 nM in biochemical assays.
SP-2577 inhibits SWI/SNF-mutation-dependent tumor cell proliferation with IC50 of 0.529 uM for COV434 (SMARCA4).
SP-2577 promotes ERV expression, activates the dsRNA-induced IFN pathway, and enhances T-cell infiltration in SCCOHT.
SP-2577 also promotes PD-L1 expression, and thus can potentially overcome resistance to anti-PD-1 therapy in SCCOHT.
