Sinefungin is a nucleoside structurally related to S-adenosylhomocysteine and S-adenosylmethionine that isolated from Streptomyces.
Sinefungin demonstrates high in vivo toxicity.
Sinefungin inhibits SET7/9 and ameliorates renal fibrosis by inhibiting H3K4 methylation
