Siomycin A (NSC 285116) represses the downstream target genes of FoxM1, such as Cdc25B, Survivin, and CENPB.
Siomycin A (NSC 285116) reduces anchorage-independent growth of cells in soft agar, selectively induces apoptosis in transformed but not normal cells.
