SirReal2 (MZ25) is a novel potent, selective Sirtuin 2 (Sirt2) inhibitor with IC50 of 0.435 uM.
SirReal2 displays >1,000-fold more potently than Sirt1, Sirt3, Sirt4, Sirt5 and Sirt6.
SirReal2 increases α-tubulin acetylation in HeLa cells, significantly results in a dose-dependent depletion of BubR1.
