TCS-401 dose dependently inhibits the RPTC-Sup-induced reduction of fibronectin and α-SMA.
TCS-401 reduces RPTC-Sup-induced EGFR dephosphorylation and reverses the levels of fibronectin and α-SMA in renal fibroblasts.
