TIPP-401 is specific for PPARα and PPARδ, does not significantly activate VDR, PPARγ, LXRα, RARα or RXRα at concentrations up to 1 μM.
TIPP-401 possesses potent PPARα/δ transactivation activity with high selectivity over PPARγ.
