TK106 (Calmidazolium chloride) also is a calmodulin antagonist, antagonizing CaM-dependent phosphodiesterase and calmodulin-induced activation of erythrocyte Ca2+-transporting ATPase with IC50s of 0.15 and 0.35 μM, respectively.
