Biological Activity

TLR2 activator R-7d is a highly potent and selective human TLR2 activator with EC50 of 116 pM in human THP-1 cells, promotes TLR1/2-induced NF-κB promoter activation.
R-7d significantly stimulated the activation of the TLR1/2-induced NF-κB promoter in HEK-293T cells, does not influence the activation of the NF-κB promoter by TLR2/TLR6.
