TN2008 is an effective serine arginine-rich splicing factor 1 (SRSF1) inhibitor with IC50 of 144 uM, exhibits high affinity for recombinant SRSF1 with Kd of 5.13 uM in SPR assays. TN2008 effectively inhibits SRSF1 protein function, exhibiting a binding energy of –5.1 kcal/mol. TN2008 has the potential to enhance Foxo1 expression in Cd8+T cells, exhibits significant inhibition in cell growth in Hep1-6-OVA cells. TN2008 treatment (15 mg/kg) effectively inhibits tumor growth in Hep1-6-OVA cancer model, boosts T cell functionality and synergizes with anti-PD-1 therapy.
