Biological Activity
TREM2 agonist C1 is a structural analog of VG-3927 and small molecule agonist of triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells 2 (TREM2) with KD of 71.36 uM in MST assays.
C1 induces TREM2 activation in HEK293-hTREM2/DAP12 cells.
C1 also demonstrates a superior pharmacokinetic profile to VG-3927
C1 induced statistically significant increases in SYK phosphorylation, indicating potent activation of the TREM2–DAP12 signaling cascade.
C1 (25 uM) enhanced microglial phagocytosis by approximately 1.7 times.
