TUG-2181 is a potent, selective antagonist of GPR84 with pIC50 of 7.66 and 5.89 for hGPR84 and mGPR84 respecitvely in cAMP assays.
TUG-2181 does not inhibit free fatty acid receptors FFA1, FFA2, FFA3, and FFA4 at 10 uM
TUG-2181 inhibits embelin-induced respiratory burst and IL-8 release in human neutrophils.
