Biological Activity

TYK2 activator 6g is a potent, selective small molecule TYK2 activator with EC50 of 0.21 uM (JH1/JH2 TYK2), maximal activation effect (Emax) of 7.8-fold.
TYK2 activator 6g does not inhibit JAK1 or JAK2 (IC50 > 10 μM), demonstrates excellent selectivity, inhibiting only JAK3 by more than 50% at 1 uM against a broader panel of 48 kinases.
