Biological Activity

Trans-ACPD is a equimolecular mixture of (1S,3R)- and (1R,3S)-ACPD, selective agonist for metabotropic glutamate receptors.
Trans-ACPD is active at both group I and group II mGlu receptors (EC50 values are 2, 15, 23 and ~800 uM at mGluR2, mGluR1, mGluR5 and mGluR4 respectively).
