TYK2-IN-30 is a potent, selective and orally active Tyk2 inhibitor with Ki of 0.7 nM, exhibits excellent selectivity (35-fold for JAK1 and 83-fold for JAK3).
TYK2-IN-30 potently inhibits IL-23 pathway in cells with EC50 of 66 nM, and has good pharmacokinetic properties.
TYK2-IN-30 demonstrates dose-dependent reduction of IL-17 production in a PK/PD model as well as in an imiquimod-induced psoriasis model.
