Biological Activity

UCB9386 is a potent, selective and brain-penetrant inhibitor of NUAK1 (NUAK family SnF1-like kinase-1) with biochemical pIC50 of 10.1.
UCB9386 displays clean kinome selectivity in the diversity panel and only Jak2 and Nuak2 are inhibited more than 50% at 10 nM.
UCB9386 is readily CNS-penetrant and can achieve excellent Nuak1 occupancy when administered subcutaneously at low doses.
