Biological Activity

UPGL00004 (UPGL 00004) is a potent, allosteric inhibitor of glutaminase C (GAC) with IC50 of 29 nM。
UPGL00004 inhibits breast cancer cell growth alone (MDA-MB-231) with IC50 of 70 nM, as well as tumor growth when combined with the anti-vascular endothelial growth factor antibody bevacizumab.
