    USP7-797 (RAPT41) is a novel potent selective inhibitor of USP7 with IC50 of 0.44 nM.
    USP7-797 (RAPT41) inhibits the growth of p53-mutant small cell lung cancer cell line H526 at a CC50 of 450 nM.
    USP7-797 (RAPT41) demonstrates tumor growth inhibition in both p53 wildtype and p53 mutant cancers.
