Vialinin A (Terrestrin A) is a p-terphenyl compound with antioxidant properties, inhibits the peptidase activity of USP5/IsoT with IC50 of 5.9 uM, also inhibits the enzymatic activities of USP4 with IC50 of 1.5 uM.
Vialinin A inhibiting the release of TNF-α (IC50= 0.09 nM) from rat basophilic leukemia cells (RBL-2H3 mast cells).
Vialinin A shows no significant inhibition was observed in terms of the UCH-L3, USP2, and USP8 activities.
Vialinin A dampened Th17 differentiation with high expressed USP4.
