Warfarin promotes ferroptosis, represses tumor growth by promoting ferroptosis in both immunodeficient and immunocompetent mouse models.
Warfarin is a potential repurposing drug in cancer therapy, particularly for tumors with high levels of VKORC1L1 expression.
