    Biological Activity

    XL-844 (EXEL9844) is a potent, specific, orally available, ATP‑competitive inhibitor of Chk1 and Chk2 with Ki of 2.2 nM and 0.07 nM, respectively.
    XL-844 increases gemcitabine-induced H2AX phosphorylation, blocks Cdc25A phosphorylation, and induces premature mitotic entry.
    XL-844 significantly enhances gemcitabine antitumor activity in a PANC-1 xenograft model.
