YCT-529 is a potent and selective RARα antagonist with IC50 of 6.8 nM, shows no activity against RARβ and RARγ up to 30 uM.
YCT-529 demonstrated excellent in vivo efficacy in inhibiting spermatogenesis and inducing infertility in mice, with fertility recovery following drug discontinuation.
