Biological Activity

YK-2168 is a potent, selective CDK9 inhibitor with IC50 of 5.9 nM, 45- and 72-fold selective over CDK1 and CDK2.
YK-2168 exhibits cell viability potency (IC50=53.4 nM) against MV4-11 cells, inhibits the CDK9 signaling and induced apoptosis.
YK-2168 demonstrated dose dependent anti-tumor effects, resulted in many mouse partial responses (PR) in a mouse gastric cancer SNU16 CDX model.
