Biological Activity
Z-5891 is a highly selective COPS3 inhibitor, exhibits concentration-dependent proliferation-inhibitory activity against 143B cells with IC50 of 3.28 uM.
Z-5891 treatment significantly inhibited cell migration and invasion capabilities in osteosarcoma cell lines 143B cells and KHOS cells.
Z-5891 synergizes with doxorubicin to suppress osteosarcoma tumor growth and cancer stemness in a mouse xenograft model.
Z-5891 monotherapy significantly reduced expression of classic CSC markers including CD133, NANOG, and SOX2 in subcutaneous osteosarcoma mouse xenograft model.
