Biological Activity

Z1362873773 is a novel small molecule inhibitor of Fascin (FSCN1), reduces the fascin bundling activity.
Z1362873773 (400 uM) produced total inhibition of the formation of F-actin bundles.
Z1362873773 affects cancer cell viability with IC50 of 12.5 and 20.4 uM for DLD-1 and HCT-116 cells respectively.
Z1362873773 (20 uM, 24 & 48 hours) significantly reduced the migration of HCT-116 and DLD-1 cells.
Z1362873773 shows notably cytotoxic effect for primary (107T and 114T) and metastatic (06 M) colorectal cancer organoids.
