Biological Activity

ZDWX-25 is a potent dual DYRK1A/GSK3β inhibitor with IC50 of 103 nM and 71 nM for DYRK1A and GSK-3β respectively.
ZDWX-25 interacts with the ATP binding pocket of GSK-3β and DYRK1A.
ZDWX-25 inhibits hyperphosphorylation of tau protein in okadaic acid (OKA)-induced SH-SY5Y cells.
ZDWX-25 shows good blood-brain barrier penetrability in vitro.
ZDWX-25 ameliorates the impaired learning and memory in APP/PS1/Tau transgenic mice.
