Biological Activity

ZL0516 is a potent, selective BRD4 BD1 inhibitor with IC50 of 84 nM, shows good selectivity over other BRD family proteins including BRD4 BD2.
ZL0516 also displays good selectivity over non-BET bromodomain-containing proteins.
ZL0516 shows excellent IC50 values of 280 and 310 nM against poly(I:C)-induced CIG5 and IL-6 expression, respectively.
ZL0516 demonstrates significant in vivo efficacy in blocking poly(I:C)-induced airway inflammation and neutrophilia of mice.
