Biological Activity

ZZM-1220 is a potent, selective G9a/GLP covalent inhibitor with IC50 of 458/924 nM respectively.
ZZM-1220 exhibits antiproliferative activity on MDA-MB-231 with IC50 of 0.59 uM, induces apoptosis of TNBC cells.
ZZM-1220 arrests MDA-MB-231 and 4T1 cells in the G2/M phase.
ZZM-1220 (2.5-20 uM) significantly inhibits H3K9 dimethylation in a concentration-dependent manner in in MDA-MB-231 cells.
ZZM-1220 continuously inhibits the proliferation of cancer cells and the methylation function of G9a/GLP after washing out.
