pan-PIM inhibitor 27 (SARxxxx92) is a potent, selective, orally bioavailable pan-PIM kinase inhibitor with IC50 of 1, 6 nM for Pim1 and Pim2, respectively.
pan-PIM inhibitor 27 displays a very favorable selectivity profile against an internal panel of 192 kinases.
pan-PIM inhibitor 27 exhibits potent cellular activity with pS6EC50 of 71 nM, inhibits KG1 cell viability with IC50 of 61 nM.
pan-PIM inhibitor 27 (50-150 mg/kg, p.o. bid) inhibits tumor growth in KG1 mouse xenograph model.
