SR11302 inhibits tumor promotion in AP-1-luciferase transgenic mice, inhibits papilloma formation during the course of the tumor promotion.
SR11302 blocks TPA-induced AP-1 transactivation in AP-1-luciferase transgenic mice.
SR11302 decreases VEGF promoter activity and downregulates c-Fos expression and release.
SR11302 reduces metastatic lesion formation in the 4D model of lung cancer.
