APX3330 (E 3330) is a specific small-molecule inhibitor of Apurinic/apyrimidinic endonuclease 1 (APE1) redox function (IC50=50 uM), but not APE1 DNA repair activity.
APX3330 (E 3330) inhibits not only the growth but also the migratory abilities of pancreatic cancer cells in vitro, dramatically inhibits nuclear HIF-1α protein DNA-binding activity in PANC1 cells at >20 uM.
APX3330 (E 3330) affects cytokine-mediated hemangioblast development in vitro.
