NU-6300 is the first covalent, irreversible, ATP-Competitive CDK2 inhibitor with Ki of 6 nM.
NU-6300 shows modest effect (GI50=8 uM) against human MCF-7 breast carcinoma cells.
NU-6300 inhibits Rb phosphorylation in Rb-positive SKUT-1B cells.
