S-016 is a potent, selective and irreversible BTK kinase inhibitor qwith IC50 of 0.5 nM.
S-016 displays superior kinase selectivity compared to ibrutinib and significant therapeutic effects against B-cell lymphoma both in vitro and in vivo.
S-016 inhibits the proliferation and induces G0/G1 phase arrest and apoptosis in B-cell lymphoma cells.
S-016 displays remarkable anti-proliferative activity with IC50 values of 0.55 nM and 0.70 nM against OCI-LY10 and TMD8 cell lines, respectively.
S-016 (7.5 -30 mg/kg, oral) leads to effective tumor shrinkage in OCI-LY10/TMD8 xenograft models.
