    GB-83 is a selective, reversible PAR2 (Protease-activated receptor 2) antagonist with IC50 of 2 uM.
    GB-83 prevents upregulation of PARs, ICAM-1, LOX-1, IL-8, and activation of MAP kinases in human atrial tissue.
    GB-83 reverses neutrophil elastase-induced synovitis and pain in mice.
